Cada año, el Festival de la Leyenda Vallenata hace un registro folclórico, cultural y musical que permite conservar y promover el vallenato clásico. De este importante proceso folclórico hacen parte los reyes vallenatos, reinas del acordeón y la piqueria, quienes son la materia prima para darle la alegría musical a esta fiesta que en 2025 sumará 58 versiones a través del acordeón, la caja, la guacharaca, cantos y versos. Esta presentación reunirá a los reyes y reinas vallenatos del 2024, quienes traerán para el público bogotano una muestra de esta cultura musical, que hace parte de la identidad de Colombia, y hacer un homenaje al rey vallenato Omar Geles.
