Estrenada en 1896, esta ópera de Puccini se convirtió en una de las más populares de la historia. 'La bohème' cuenta la historia de un grupo de jóvenes artistas en la París del siglo XIX, donde se desarrolla el amor trágico entre el poeta Rodolfo y Mimì. Una nueva producción del Teatro Mayor Julio Mario Santo Domingo y La Compañía Estable, que tendrá la dirección musical del maestro Andrés Orozco-Estrada y la dirección escénica de Pedro Salazar. Participan la Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional de Colombia y el Coro Nacional de Colombia.
