Versión semiescénica
Compuesta en 1962 por Henry Purcell, y con un libreto anónimo basado en ‘El sueño de una noche de verano’, de Shakespeare, esta ópera barroca estuvo oculta durante siglos, hasta su redescubrimiento en el siglo XX. En esta presentación la orquesta francesa Les Arts Florissants, que ha trabajado por fomentar la música y la cultura del Barroco, realiza un montaje semiescenificado junto a bailarines de la Compagnie Käfig, en donde la danza, la lírica y la música funcionan juntas para rescatar esta obra icónica de la música europea. El proyecto hace parte de Le Jardin des Voix, la Academia de Les Arts Florissants para Jóvenes Cantantes,
